What is Assisted Living?

Assisted living provides the amount of care needed while still allowing someone to maintain their independence. Assisted living does not require full-time attention.

What is the cost?
  1. We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
  2. The cost is $135 per day.
  3. A month with 30 days means the expense would be $4,050 for that month.
  4. Price includes Direct TV box, landline phone, and Internet.
What services and amenities are provided?

Are there nurses on staff?

Yes.

Can I live in the assisted living if I have a wheelchair or walker?

Our facility is built with total access in mind for wheelchair or walker residents. We seek to allow our residents to remain with us for as long as possible. (Unusual circumstances should be discussed with the home administrator.)

What are the visiting hours at the assisted living?

This is your home. Both you and your guest are allowed to come and go as you please.

Do you have a house physician?

Yes, Dr. Bardya Naeini is our medical director. He comes weekly and is on call for our facility 24/7. He can be your primary care doctor, work alongside your doctor, or only review your chart monthly and be a backup in case your doctor can not be reached.

Do I have to give a notice if I decide to move out?

We ask that you give a 30-day notice.

Do I have to sign a lease?

All leases are on a month-to-month basis.

May I bring my own furnishings to my room?

This is your home and we encourage you to bring all the comforts and furnishings you would like to include in your room.

Will I be able to have a car at the home?

We have ample parking available for our residents.

May I have a pet?

We encourage pets for a daytime visit if they are vaccinated and in good health, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate for pets overnight in the facility.

Is smoking permitted in my room?

Our entire facility and grounds are smoke free.

How do I call for help if I need it?

Every apartment and bathroom will be equipped with an emergency response cord.

How secure is your facility?

Our front doors are unlocked during the day only. We have cameras at the front doors. All doors are locked at dark.
